Pharmacological properties:

Magnesium is a vital element, present in all tissues of the body and necessary for the normal functioning of cells, involved in most metabolic reactions. Participates in the regulation of nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction. Reduces the amount of prolactin in the blood by having a dopaminergic effect. Normalizes hormonal imbalance. Prevents proliferation of mammary gland tissue Eliminates edema and mastalgia. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, has strong antioxidant and radioprotective effects. Vitamin E is involved in protein biosynthesis, cell proliferation, tissue respiration and other important processes of cell metabolism. Stimulates the synthesis of hemoglobin, myoglobin, cytochromes, catalase and peroxidase, inhibits the oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids. Vitamin E increases the consumption of oxygen in the body's tissues. It has an angiopreventive effect, tones blood vessels, strengthens blood vessel walls, dilates blood vessels, stabilizes blood, prevents clotting, improves peripheral blood circulation, stimulates the formation of new capillaries. Inhibits the synthesis of cholesterol by normalizing the level of lipids in the blood plasma. The immunomodulatory effect of vitamin E is associated with the stimulation of T-cell and humoral immunity. Tocopherol plays an important role in the reproductive processes - fertilization, fetal development, formation and functioning of the reproductive system. Vitamin E is involved in the synthesis of gonadotropic hormones FSH and LH by affecting the activity of the pituitary gland. Eggs affect the maturation and ovulation of cells, prepare the embryo to infect the wall of the uterine cavity. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is involved in many metabolic processes, regulating the metabolism of the nervous system.

Vitamin B6 improves the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its entry into cells. Vitamin D is synthesized in the body (skin) under the influence of sunlight. Vitamin D helps calcium be absorbed by the body and enters bone tissue cells. Vitamin D deficiency makes bones more fragile and weak. Vitamin D also strengthens the immune system by increasing the synthesis of lymphokines in the body.

Vitamin D is stored in adipose and muscle tissue in the body. T ½ is 19-25 hours. Most of it is excreted in the bile, and very little in the kidneys. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) - is a catalyst for cellular respiration, improves vision, participates in tissue regeneration. Helps absorb vitamin B6. Improves nerve conduction, normalizes the activity of the central and autonomic nervous system. Vitamin B1 is a water-soluble vitamin. Participates in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Improves the function of nerve cells.
